Hi, I’m the Traveler Behind the Journals

I’m 56 years old, originally from Los Angeles, and currently living in Tamale, Ghana.

My travel style isn’t about luxury resorts; it’s about the journey. Whether I’m navigating the chaotic roads from Togo to Nigeria or helping an NGO in the West African heat, I’m always moving.

But for years, I had a problem. I would buy beautiful, expensive leather-bound journals before a trip, write three pages on the first day, and then… nothing. At best, my travel journal turned into a very expensive To-Do list.

By the time I got back to my hotel (or hostel), I was too exhausted to write. The result? A shelf full of empty books and fading memories. And your camera roll doesn’t always catch the in-between magic that travel brings.

So, I fixed it.

I designed the Quick-Fill system for people like me—travelers who want to capture the essence of a trip without the “homework.” I use these pages myself to track my life in Ghana and my travels across Africa.
